• Desk top support;
• Help desk support;
• Telecommunications administration;
• Radio frequency engineering;
• Radio frequency programming; &
• Radio frequency administration with respect to RFA (Radio Frequency Authorization-NTIA's “Red Book”) changes mandated by Congress in Title III Narrow Band migration.

Mindbank Consulting Group of Denver is the prime contract vendor supporting the Federal Aid
Information Management System (FAIMS). This is an Oracle Forms/Reports application consisting of
more than 1.7 million lines of PL/SQL code. This is an OMB A-130 Appendix III “major application”
that requires special attention to security due to the risk and magnitude of the harm that could
arise from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access to or modification of the information in the application.

all desk top computers. NFC provides the financial management support for US Fish and Wildlife Service.
