Mindbank Consulting Group of Denver is the prime contract vendor providing radio frequency engineering
and authorization turnkey solutions for BIA OLES. Mindbank is supervising OLES' selection and direct
acquisition of communications products needed to implement its wireless telecommunications networks Title
III narrowbanding requirements because Mindbank has no reseller relationships. Mindbank is processing new
frequency authorizations, installing new towers and base communications providing a complete RF engineering
effort, directions for the purchase and programming of new radio equipment units and ensuring the adequate
radio coverage of all BIA law enforcement locations covering the Western half of the United States. Agency
personnel training in use and maintenance of the new equipment is also being provided by Mindbank.
